Persistent Systems Appoints Vinit Teredesai as Chief Financial Officer

Persistent Systems, a leading technology company, made a significant announcement today with the appointment of Vinit Teredesai as the new Chief Financial Officer (CFO) of the Company. Vinit brings with him over 28 years of extensive experience in finance, accounting, and corporate restructuring, making him a valuable addition to the executive team.

Vinit’s impressive background includes serving as the CFO at LTIMindtree Limited and Mindtree Limited, as well as holding key positions at KPIT Technologies Limited. His qualifications as a Chartered Accountant, Cost and Management Accountant, and Certified Public Accountant in the United States, along with completing a General Management program from MIT, highlight his expertise in the field.

Sandeep Kalra, the Chief Executive Officer and Executive Director of Persistent, expressed his excitement about Vinit joining the team, emphasizing his industry experience and finance domain expertise.
