Community-Based Sound Bath Experience in Fresno with Charah Coleman

Charah Coleman is bringing a unique form of relaxation and meditation to the Fresno community with her “Sound for the People” sound bath experience. Using singing bowls, chimes, and a gong, Charah creates a calming atmosphere to help participants release stress and find peace.

Each sound bath is tailored to the needs of the group, providing a personalized experience for all who attend. Charah, who is certified in Applied Compassion from Stanford, has been sharing her craft not only in Fresno but across the state and even abroad.

This weekend, on March 29, Sound for the People will be hosting a community event at the Forestiere Gardens to kick off spring. The event will include tours starting at 5:30 pm, followed by a sound bath at 7 pm. Those interested in booking a session for their group can visit Charah’s Instagram for more information.

Don’t miss out on this unique opportunity to relax and unwind with “Sound for the People” in Fresno. Follow Vanessa Vasconcelos on Facebook, Twitter, and Instagram for more news updates.
