RTIH AI in Retail Awards – Call for Entries and FAQs

RTIH, the organizer of the renowned RTIH Innovation Awards, is excited to announce the launch of the first-ever RTIH AI in Retail Awards. The awards are now open for entries, celebrating the innovative use of AI technology in the retail industry.

In a time where digital transformation is revolutionizing the retail landscape, AI tools are playing a crucial role in reshaping the omnichannel experience. From personalizing customer interactions to optimizing inventory management and gaining insights into consumer behavior, AI is enhancing the way retailers operate and connect with their customers.

The RTIH AI in Retail Awards aim to recognize global technology innovation in the fast-paced omnichannel world, highlighting the benefits for retailers, shoppers, and employees. The winners of the 2025 awards will be companies that not only understand the potential of AI but also successfully implement it in their everyday operations, leading to increased efficiency and innovation across all areas.

The winners of the RTIH AI in Retail Awards will be announced at a prestigious event at The Barbican in Central London on Thursday, 3rd July. The evening will feature a drinks reception, a three-course meal, and an awards ceremony in the Garden Room.

For those interested in submitting an entry or learning more about the awards, please reach out to the Editor, Scott Thompson, at [email protected]. The deadline for submissions is Friday, 23rd May 2025.

With the growing adoption of AI in the retail sector, the RTIH AI in Retail Awards are set to showcase the best of technology innovation and its impact on the industry. Stay tuned for updates on the judging panel and the announcement of the winners in July 2025.
