American Legal Technology Awards Nominations Now Open

The American Legal Technology Awards are back, and this year they are bigger and better than ever. Nominations are now open for this prestigious event, which celebrates excellence in legal technology. But that’s not all – there are some exciting new additions to the awards lineup this year.

For the first time ever, the awards will include a category specifically dedicated to Artificial Intelligence. This new award will recognize innovation in the application of AI to the field of law, highlighting the cutting-edge work being done in this rapidly evolving area.

Another new category this year is the journalism award, which will honor a journalist whose coverage of legal innovation has helped to shed light on important issues and drive positive change within the legal industry.

The awards ceremony will take place on October 6 at a gala dinner on the eve of the Clio Cloud Conference in Austin, Texas. The event will be held at the stunning Barr Mansion, a picturesque venue that promises to provide the perfect backdrop for celebrating the achievements of this year’s legal innovators.

Leading up to the awards ceremony, there will be four “Genius Panels” featuring experts in the field discussing topics such as artificial intelligence, access to justice, and the state of the industry.

If you want to get involved, nominations are now open and will close on July 31. Award finalists will be announced in August, with the winners being revealed at the gala dinner in October.

Tickets for the event are currently available at an early bird price of $175 until July 31, after which they will increase to $250. Whether you are a legal tech enthusiast, a journalist covering the industry, or simply someone interested in the intersection of law and technology, this is an event not to be missed.

The American Legal Technology Awards were founded by Tom Martin, Patrick Palace, and Caitlin Moon, three visionaries in the legal tech space who are passionate about recognizing and celebrating innovation in the industry.
