Opportunities for Start-ups via Online Portal | MQM-P Youth Convention Highlights
The Muttahida Qaumi Movement-Pakistan (MQM-P) is paving the way for the future of technology and entrepreneurship by offering opportunities for start-ups through an online portal. This initiative comes at a crucial time when technological advancements are rapidly changing the job market, with more jobs being replaced by automation and artificial intelligence.
Speaking at a Youth Convention at Expo Centre in Karachi, MQM-P Chairman Dr. Khalid Maqbool Siddiqui emphasized the importance of excelling in technology to survive in the future job market. He highlighted that more than half of the jobs are at risk of being eliminated due to technological advancements, urging the youth to embrace technology and make their mark in the industry.
The convention was attended by a large number of youngsters, students, representatives from various IT companies, universities, and people from different walks of life. The youth and students praised the initiatives taken by MQM-Pakistan for the youth and called for more programs to be organized in the future.
Dr. Siddiqui announced the establishment of 13 new universities in Karachi, aimed at shaping the youth on modern lines and equipping them with the necessary skills to compete in the global market. He encouraged the youth to take advantage of these opportunities, groom themselves, and brighten their future.
Senior leader Syed Mustafa Kamal also addressed the youth, emphasizing the importance of choosing the right leaders and striving for a better future. He urged the youth to stop begging the government for jobs and instead explore opportunities through the online portal provided by MQM-Pakistan.
The convention concluded with the distribution of gold medals and awards to students who excelled in their fields. The event served as a platform for inspiring and empowering the youth to take charge of their future and contribute to the growth and development of Pakistan in the field of technology and entrepreneurship.
