RTIH AI in Retail Awards

The retail industry is gearing up for a groundbreaking event as the RTIH AI in Retail Awards opens for entries. Organized by RTIH, the first edition of these awards aims to celebrate global technology innovation in the fast-moving omnichannel world.

With the digital transformation revolutionizing all channels, AI tools are playing a crucial role in reshaping the retail landscape. From personalizing customer experiences to optimizing inventory and uncovering insights into consumer behavior, AI is enhancing the human element of retailers’ businesses.

The 2025 winners of the RTIH AI in Retail Awards will be those companies that not only recognize the potential of AI but also make it usable in everyday work, resulting in increased efficiency and innovation across all areas. The winners will be announced at an evening event at The Barbican in Central London on Thursday, 3rd July.

The event will kick off with a drinks reception in the stunning Conservatory, followed by a three-course meal and the awards ceremony in the Garden Room. The key dates for the 2025 awards include the award entry deadline on Friday, 23rd May, the revelation of finalists on Tuesday, 27th May, and judging days from Wednesday, 28th May to Friday, 13th June.
