Drug House in Johnston City Shut Down by Williamson County Sheriff’s Office; Two in Custody
The Williamson County Sheriff’s Office made a significant bust in Johnston City, Illinois, as they shut down a notorious drug house on West 5th Street. After months of investigation, deputies executed a search warrant on the residence and uncovered a stash of methamphetamine, drug paraphernalia, packaging materials, and digital scales.
Two individuals, Anthony K. Bantle and Rebecca S. Pena, were arrested and charged with possession of methamphetamine, possession of a controlled substance, and possession of drug paraphernalia. They were promptly taken to the Williamson County Jail, where they await further legal proceedings.
