Humanoid Robots with Human Features Wow Audience at World Robot Conference in Beijing

The World Robot Conference in Beijing has taken the Internet by storm with a viral video showcasing humanoid robots with strikingly human features. The video, shared by an X user, captures these humanoid “women” robots walking and posing for the media, leaving viewers in awe.

The video has garnered over 8,76,000 views and sparked a debate among users regarding the authenticity of the robots. While some believe the robots are merely actresses in suits, others argue that they are actual robots with advanced technology. One user even claimed to have touched the robot’s face and felt warmth, although lacking in pore detail.

Reports from People’s Daily Online reveal that the humanoid robot showcased at the conference can move at an impressive speed of 2 meters per second and features advanced three-finger force control hands. Additionally, China’s Zhejiang Humanoid Robot Innovation Center introduced their new humanoid robot, NAVIAI, which demonstrated various skills such as tea making and speech delivery.

The 8th World Robot Conference, held from August 21 to 25 in Beijing, attracted participants from over 7,000 teams across 10 countries for more than 30 major and 80 minor events. With cutting-edge technology and innovative creations on display, China continues to lead the way in the development of humanoid robots, captivating audiences worldwide.
