ICAI CA Final Exam Schedule

The Institute of Chartered Accountants of India (ICAI) has just announced the schedule for the CA Final exams for the November 2024 session, and students are gearing up for the big test ahead. The final examinations are set to take place from November 1 to November 11, 2024, with two groups of exams scheduled.

Group I exams will be held on November 1, 3, and 5, while Group II exams are scheduled for November 7, 9, and 11. Additionally, for students preparing for the International Taxation – Assessment Test (INTT – AT) and the Insurance and Risk Management (IRM) Technical Examination, specific dates have been allocated.

It’s important for students to note that the exam duration varies, with Paper 6 of the Final Examination and all papers of the INTT – AT being four hours long, while all other exams will have a three-hour duration. This timing is crucial for effective planning and preparation.

The online application process for the CA Final exams will begin on August 7, 2024, with the deadline for submitting applications without a late fee set for August 20, 2024. Any applications submitted after this date will incur a late fee. Moreover, there is a window for making changes to exam city or medium from August 24 to August 26, 2024.

For Indian centers, the examination fee is Rs 1,800 for a single group and Rs 3,300 for both groups, while overseas centers will have different fee structures. The exams will also be available in eight overseas locations, providing candidates with more options.

ICAI has confirmed that the exam schedule will remain unchanged even if there are public holidays declared by central, state, or local authorities during the exam period. As the exam dates draw closer, students are advised to plan their preparation accordingly and wish all candidates the best of luck for this significant milestone in their professional journey.
