During a podcast with Indian-American comedian Akaash Singh, it was disclosed that guests were given designer merchandise for free at the wedding. Singh mentioned that shops at the venue were offering items like bangles and Versace sunglasses as gifts to attendees.
While some shops provided complimentary items, there were also jewelry stores where guests could purchase luxury items. Singh clarified that diamond necklaces were not given away for free, highlighting the exclusive nature of certain shops at the event.
